After a few months of not seeing each other, my two longtime friends (malou & ning) and I finally managed to squeeze a little time together. ning and i see each other often, but malou works in far away alabang and lives in even farther away carmona, cavite, and hence we don’t get to see her as much as we want to. She’s such a busy, busy woking girl. After much prodding and coercing, she “obliged” to see us and spend the rest of the afternoon with us. We went to one of the seafoods market in Paranaque called “Dampa”. My house is just a few blocks away, but even so, I was a little bit late, haha. Malou and Ning travelled like two hours to get there, and I had the nerve to be late. Wicked, wicked me. I have an excuse though, I was sick and still am. I felt I wouldn’t be able to eat, but I just so wanted for the three of us to get together. When I got there, food is already being served and my stomach grumbled and I couldn’t help myself. They ordered food good for 6 people! The restaurant by the way is the Trinity. From the look of it, this particular restaurant is one notch higher from the others in Dampa. How it works in Dampa is that you buy your own food at the seafood market, and have it cooked at the restaurant for an additional fee. The food is great! Ning and Malou ordered Sweet Chili Crab, Camaron rebosado, Sinigang na Isda, Ensaladang Mangga, and Baked Tahong. Trinity charge a little bit higher than the rest but it was well worth it…I think (Wachathink friends?). Food’s great, the environment’s clean, though there’s still room for improvement when it comes to service.
I totally enjoyed the food, I almost forgot that I was sick. I enjoyed my friends’ company. We talked about a lot of things, we talked a lot about me, hehe. I really thank them for this treat. It means a lot to me.
Next time, it’s my treat, girls. And next time, sa Alabang na Malou. I pwamis!!! God bless you all!
